We are currently offering 3 months free lot rent to anyoe that moves their mobile home onto one of our vacant lots! Plus we'll pay any city inspection/permit fees too! An $50 application fee for a background and credit check will still be required, however, if approved we will apply that application fee towards your security deposit of $330.
